If an order is canceled, the refund will be processed after deducting the applicable delivery charge.


4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
Products that are damaged due to customer negligence.
Products that are not returned in their original condition.

If the product was damaged or lost due to AlhudaShop’s error, we will cover all shipping costs for the return.
If the product was damaged or lost due to the customer’s mistake, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs.
