Customers are not required to create an account to place an order. However, they may create an account if they wish to do so.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information. AlhudaShop will ensure standard account security practices to protect user data.

2. Order Process and Payment

Payment Methods: We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD). COD is the primary payment method.

Price Changes: Product prices may change over time or due to product availability.

Discounts and Offers: Regular discounts and offers are provided. Customers should check our website or follow updates to stay informed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Locations: Delivery is available within Bangladesh only. International delivery may be considered in the future.

Delivery Timeframes:

Inside Dhaka: 1-2 days.

Outside Dhaka: 2-3 days.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees:

Inside Dhaka: 50 BDT.

Outside Dhaka: 90 BDT.

Shipping fees are subject to change if necessary.

Responsibility for Damaged/Lost Packages:

AlhudaShop takes full responsibility for damages or losses caused by our team.

If the damage or loss is caused by the customer, the customer will bear the full cost.

4. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Refund/Return Policy:

Refunds or returns are allowed within 7-15 days.

Products must be in their original condition for a refund or return to be processed.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled before shipping.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed after deducting the delivery charge.

5. Product Information

Pre-orders: Pre-orders are allowed.

Out-of-Stock Items: Items that are out of stock cannot be delivered.

Pricing Errors: In case of an error in product pricing, the actual price must be paid by the customer.

6. User Conduct

Customers are allowed to leave reviews and create content related to AlhudaShop’s products.

Customers must avoid:

Placing fake or bulk orders.

Misjudging the quality of products, as books are sourced directly from publishers.

Book Printing: AlhudaShop does not print books unless explicitly mentioned. All books are sourced directly from publishers.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All business operations are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Customers may negotiate disputes where applicable. However, not all products are eligible for negotiation.

8. Modifications to Terms

AlhudaShop reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be published on our website. Customers must visit the website to review changes, as AlhudaShop does not have access to all customer emails for notification.
